The T-TAC is not a grant program or a funding track - it is a service delivered to funded organizations at no cost to them, either through a direct contract with the subrecipient or FHC. This is designed to help organizations prepare for transformation, apply for available funding and successfully implement their awarded RHT project. Whether an organization is in the early stages of assessing community needs or already operating a mature program, the T-TAC provides access to expert consultants, structured learning collaboratives, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing across the eleven core transformation areas.
