Who can apply

For purposes of this funding opportunity, the following definitions will generally apply. Final eligibility will be determined by EOHHS based on the specific requirements of each Activity and the Massachusetts RHTP rural definitions and facility lists. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) / Ambulance Provider: A licensed municipal, nonprofit, hospital-based, or other ambulance or EMS organization serving rural communities. Specific Activities may further limit eligibility to rural-located EMS entities or EMS agencies serving designated rural municipalities.
